Pupils honour the men who once served in the streets where they lived
Pupils and teachers of High Crags School took their work about WW1
to the graves of the men they had been hearing about.
Eddie Lawler breaths new life into forgotten songs
While researching music for his World War One Concert Party, Saltaire
singer-songwriter Eddie has unearthed a WW1 recruiting song aimed at
persuading men to join the Bradford Pals.
Titus Salt School salutes its heroes
Pupils at Titus Salt School get a regular reminder of the effect WW1
had on their predecessors 100 years ago thanks to a powerful display in
one of the school’s main hallways.
