Joseph Firth
Joseph was one of the thousands killed on the first day of the Battle of
the Somme.
Apart from details culled from the census and CWGC website, all we
have about him is a photo in gallery of casualties, telling us he died of
wounds and a death notice placed by his parents on 28 July 1916.
